Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with IT change requests, documentation, and progress tracking

• Compile lab workload and vulnerability assessment reports

• Monitor system interfaces and support remediation efforts

• Conduct post-maintenance testing and support user-managed systems

• Coordinate with infrastructure teams and communicate IT updates

• Participate in system implementation and annual access review exercises

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Have basic IT systems knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to multitask

• Prior lab system experience is a plus
