Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service (styling advice, size recommendations, product knowledge)

• Promote new arrivals, sales, and loyalty programs

• Manage sales transactions, exchanges, and returns (cash and POS)

• Support fitting room activities and maintain a clean, organized store

• Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and restocking

• Offer personalized beauty advice and product suggestions

• Apply skincare, makeup, and fragrance products professionally

• Build customer relationships to drive loyalty and meet sales targets

• Represent the brand and ensure a premium customer experience
