What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in training within retail, F&B, or sports-related industries

• Strong interpersonal skills – able to engage staff across all levels

• Comfortable with travel, including occasional overseas assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full training function for retail and office teams

• Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create action plans

• Design and execute classroom & on-the-job training program

• Coach and mentor retail staff on-site to help them achieve sales target

• Support other ad hoc projects as required
