PQS Test Technician - #1102546

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of test lab including test equipment and measuring equipment

• Conduct testing accordance to applicable product standards, guidelines, regulations and dormakaba Corporate Standard (DCS)

• Conduct qualification test of new product or revised component with issuing of test report and recommendations to the test findings

• Write test procedures and prepare test fixture/equipment for new test requirements

• Support annual MPA surveillance testing and follow up on non-conformance cases

• Prepare samples and coordinate with PQS EN or other certification bodies for product certifications

• Support product failure analysis

Job Requirements

• Good experience in performing testing with test equipment and instruments

• Excellent hands-on experience in mechanical fittings/metal machining

• Familiar with CAD software with knowledge in fixture design is preferable

• Possess good knowledge in failure analysis

Educational requirements

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering with minimum 3 years of experience
