We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Manager, Recruitment (Permanent Role)
Location: South area (near Dover MRT)
About the Role
Join a purpose-driven HR team committed to attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support meaningful organisational goals. As part of the Recruitment and Operations function, you’ll serve as a trusted HR partner — working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring, shape HR initiatives, and support workforce needs across departments.
This role offers exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, secondments, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests
Support the full employee life cycle — from onboarding to offboarding — and handle HR-related matters with professionalismProvide sound advice on HR policies and employment legislation
Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement policies and streamline processes
Leverage data insights and ground sensing to address talent needs and recommend effective HR solutions
Drive initiatives in talent attraction, employer branding, and performance improvement
Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as required
What We’re Looking For
Experience
7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in in-house recruitment
Prior experience working with or in public sector agencies is an advantage
Exposure to workforce planning and senior-level hiring is a plus
Key Competencies
Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
Strategic thinker with sound judgement
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and MS Excel
Technical Skills
Talent Sourcing & Business Partnering
HR/Business Analytics
Policy Implementation
Strong Excel and tech-savvy mindset
