Responsibilities:

Provide support for PCs, laptops, Outlook, Windows, and Mac systems.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
Support hardware components of desktops, notebooks, printers, and scanners.
Deliver timely and high-quality IT support services.
Resolve basic IT issues such as disk cleanup and printer jams.
Install and uninstall software on desktop PCs and laptops.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC qualification in an IT-related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote connection tools.
