As a Senior / Engineer - Facilities Management (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Senior Manager in preparing maintenance contracts for electrical and mechanical systems, such as:

  • Central Chilled Water Cooling System

  • Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU)

  • Standalone AC Units

  • Mechanical Ventilation Systems

  • Heat Recovery & Hot Water System

  • HPVF / CDS Mechanical Systems

  • Building Management System (BMS), etc.

• Assist in planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Oversee daily work of maintenance agents and specialist contractors.

• Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers to ensure high maintenance standards and compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.

• Ensure timely response and service recovery for equipment/system breakdowns to minimize disruption to hospital operations.

• Help coordinate improvement and upgrade projects for hospital facilities and systems.

• Support renovation, retrofitting, and infrastructure replacement initiatives.

• Recommend system replacement or decommissioning when needed.

• Provide guidance to the maintenance team for troubleshooting specialized systems.

• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and work schedules for system improvement projects.

• Lead and support engineering assistants in daily electrical work tasks.

• Ensure outsourced maintenance teams follow safety practices and maintain quality standards.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 to 4 years of relevant working experience
