Job Scope:

• Provide on-site IT support across various locations, as the role involves roving between outlets.

• Ensure the proper functioning and uptime of Point of Sale (POS) systems, networks, and applications across multiple island-wide sites.

• Manage and maintain IT hardware and software, including setup, configuration, peripheral maintenance, backups, and system upgrades or replacements.

• Respond to after-hours support requests and critical issue escalations, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure prompt resolution.

• Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, purchases, licenses, and subscriptions.

• Perform any other IT-related tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Team Leader.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Willing to take on a roving role and provide on-site support at various locations.

• Prior experience in IT support is highly preferred

• Possession of a valid Class 2B/ 3 driving license is required.
