Responsibilities :

• Recording and filing of required documentation, including processing of and tracking of PR (Purchase Requisitions), PO, DO, invoices to support other Departments’ activities.
• Responsible for supervising external providers during preventive maintenance of office equipment and building maintenance servicing.
• Shall support upkeep of CCTV, PA, IT system
• Shall negotiate with Suppliers/Vendors on contracts/purchases for Admin Department.
• Shall assist preparing and monitor the Admin Budget and issue of monthly reports.
• Shall support HOD on matters related to regulatory licenses/applications/audit
• Other Admin tasks requested by supervisors.

Requirements :

• Candidate must hold at least a Diploma in business admin or equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in administration duties.
• With good knowledge of Microsoft office skills
• Basic understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards will be an advantage
