Account Executive (Perm, Client management) - #1102365

Our client is one of the leading agency in the face to face marketing industry, they are seeking for a customer orientated individual to manage clients and providing support.

Salary up to $3500 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the client relationship and communication

• Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network

• Collaborate  with  sales  network  to  produce,  update  and  maintain  current sales  collateral &  training  materials

• Facilitate and support training to sales network

• Work  in  partnership  with  the  client  and  internal  support  teams  ensuring activity,  processes, procedures  and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated

• Develop and build strong relationships with all stakeholders

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports

• Reconcile invoices and credits with finance

Requirement:

• Min Diploma 

• Min 2 year  working  experience  under  similar field

• Excellent communication skills

• Has a “can do attitude”

• Dynamic personality, with an ability to lead, engages and motivates team

• Able to provide simple solutions to complex issues and process

• Good organizational skills and able to meet deadline
