Our client is seeking a Financial Sales (Team Lead) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Lead and motivate: Guide a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring high productivity, quality work, and positive team morale.

• Drive sales performance: Achieve personal and team sales targets while monitoring and improving overall team performance.

• Ensure quality submissions: Review and verify the accuracy of all Credit Proposals submitted by your team members.

• Collaborate internally: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of the entire sales cycle.

• Stay market-savvy: Keep abreast of the latest market trends to identify new business opportunities and establish new prospects.

• Network effectively: Maintain and expand your business network to generate valuable leads and explore new opportunities.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Diploma/Degree holders or equivalent.

• Relevant experience: Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or Mortgage and Property Loans.

• Leadership skills: A minimum of 3 years' experience in people management and coaching is preferred.

• Results-oriented: Self-motivated individuals with a proven track record of achieving targets are highly valued.

• Industry knowledge: Direct corporate loan experience, preferably in the banking industry, is beneficial for this role.
