> Working hours : 830am-5pm Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Verify pricing and enter sales orders accurately using SAP or Oracle systems

• Track and manage customer orders from placement through delivery

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipment

• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams

• Handle inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally

• Help maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely updates and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry

• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems

• Strong organizational skills with experience in order fulfillment and logistics coordination

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
