What You’ll Do:
Verify pricing and enter sales orders accurately using SAP or Oracle systems
Track and manage customer orders from placement through delivery
Collaborate with Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipment
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams
Handle inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
Help maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely updates and support
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Strong organizational skills with experience in order fulfillment and logistics coordination
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
