Job Purpose
Focus on Employee Benefits Insurance segment for Lockton Companies:
Responsible for driving sales growth through effective management of inbound leads from regions
outside of Asia as well as within Asia. This role requires conducting thorough market research and
collaborating with local People Solutions teams to close sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include meeting and coordinating with regional HRs to promote the propositions and
proposals of countries’ people solutions teams within Asia.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in sales strategy, cross-functional collaboration,
and market analysis.
Job Description – Key Task and Responsibilities
Coordinate People Solutions Business Opportunities: Spearhead cross-sell initiatives within the
countries in the Asia region for Lockton. This includes researching, developing, and driving campaigns
to enhance sales within these countries.
Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster deep working relationships with colleagues from other
regions, focusing on cross-sell initiatives to drive business growth into Asia. Additionally, provide
opportunities for other regions through Asian multinationals. This involves regular communication
with Asia PS Leaders and sales champions on initiatives and prospect identification.
Strengthen Regional HR Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with Asia Regional HR to expand
opportunities for Lockton's People Solutions in Asia. Manage these relationships to facilitate business
growth and address any issues arising within the region.
Promote Cross-Line Synergy: Facilitate and drive cross-line business cross-sell initiatives within Asia,
enhancing collaboration between People Solutions teams and corporate risk & other General
Insurance (GI) teams to achieve stronger synergy.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with regional and local benefits advisory and consulting,
wellbeing, technology, and sales colleagues to promote Lockton's best-in-class insurance and noninsurance
products and services to clients and prospects across Asia.
Report on Performance: Ensure timely and comprehensive reporting to the management team on the
development and performance of cross-sell initiatives and strategies.
Qualification and Experience
8+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge and understanding of EB practices across Asia
Experience in strategic planning, project management, and EB insurance broking frameworks
Track record of delivering results and implementing operational excellence.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relations and influence with internal and
external stakeholders as needed
Strong analytical skills, organised and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced
environment
