Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project lifecycle: team setup, project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Review system design/specifications; appoint and manage sub-contractors with defined scopes.
- Coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, equipment delivery, and site logistics.
- Attend project/site meetings, ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor progress, manage financial claims, evaluate subcontractors, and handle final testing/commissioning.
- Prepare handover documents, as-built drawings, maintenance programs, and comprehensive project reports.
- At least one year of project handling experience, preferably involving air-conditioning, chiller, or HVAC systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
