As an Clinic Admin, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Welcome and register patients at the front desk.
Take and record patients’ vital signs.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Upload and manage patient documents; shred when no longer needed.
Handle billing, payments, and daily settlements.
Schedule local and overseas patient appointments, including teleconsultations.
Prepare test forms and follow up on results with medical staff.
Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and clinic staff.
Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Possess Nitec / GCE O levels
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
