Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Coordinate with internal designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Review and manage design drawings and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.

• Ensure all works comply with brand standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

• Conduct site meetings, monitor work progress, and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

• Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials based on project needs.

• Identify potential risks and implement measures to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Candidate with 2 to 3 years or more of relevant experience in project or construction management, especially in interior fit-out for retail or commercial spaces are welcome to apply.

• Immediate availability or short notice is a plus.
