IT Project & Systems Analyst (C#, VB, .NET) (ID: 674956) - #1102124

We are seeking a motivated IT professional to support project pipeline management, system analysis, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing and business systems. This role involves working closely with the IT Manager, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful project execution, system integration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Participate in IT project planning by evaluating task priority, complexity, and resource availability.

• Review IT project and change requests, maintain a master project list, and provide regular updates on project progress and achievements.

• Assign IT request references, assess changes in business process flows, and perform initial evaluations of IT risks and dependencies.

• Liaise with requestors and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project requirements.

• Collaborate with the 42Q support team to address new error types, facilitate knowledge transfer to the IT support team, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.

• Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications and assist in delivering solutions across manufacturing and business systems.

• Report project and change management progress to business stakeholders and contribute to IT solution design and system backup planning.

• Identify system gaps and dependencies through detailed analysis; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners to ensure quality deliverables.

• Coordinate with HQ IT teams (SAP, B2B, GSCM, WMS, etc.) for root cause analysis, testing, and issue resolution in collaboration with business users.

• Work closely with support and development teams to analyze issues and implement bug fixes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in gathering user requirements, performing system analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as VB, .NET, or C#. Understanding of project management fundamentals.

• Prior experience in IT operations or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
