Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors to address design, compliance, and technical matters related to ACMV systems

• Supervise site works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines

• Manage subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress and site safety

• Prepare documentation including reports, variation orders, and daily work records

• Support project budgeting and cost control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV specialization

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction or M&E industry

• Proficient in CAD software and knowledgeable in local ACMV codes and regulations
