Job Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design and cost estimation for new project inquiries, including solution proposals and component sourcing

• Execute detailed mechanical design and documentation (3D/2D drawings, BOM) for automation systems within project scope, cost, and timeline

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, production) to ensure integrated and functional system delivery

• Participate in post-project reviews, incorporate feedback, and drive continuous design improvement

• Support R&D initiatives, Proof of Concept testing, and development of mechanical design standards and best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in custom automation

• Proficient in SolidWorks and/or Creo with strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems integration

• Preferably with hands-on experience in Thermo-Compression Bonding (TCB) equipment from ASM, K&S, Besi, etc.
