Summary

• Salary range $3000-$4500 (Based on experience)

• 5 days
  Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

• AWS & Bonus

• Fulltime, permanent role

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all quantity surveying duties across project stages.

• Perform accurate measurement and quantification of materials and work scope based on drawings and specifications.

• Call and coordinate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

• Prepare and evaluate progress claims and payments for subcontractors and suppliers.

• Manage and prepare Variation Orders (VO) in response to design changes or site instructions.

• Prepare and finalize project accounts, including Final Account settlement with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure alignment with financial targets.

• Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

Requirements

• Preferably with at Least 2 years or above of experiences as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore Construction industry.
