Field Service Engineer (Marine Navigation/Bridge systems) - #1102100

Job description:

• Responsible for the commission of the assigned product range, covering service activities oversea and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. 

• Perform workshop tests and technical preparations, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and meeting performance standards at all times. 

• Generate service reports, update drawings, maintain the cable information database, and manage other relevant documentation. 

• Provide remote guidance and product support to customers, as well as backend support to the service team. 

• Assist the sales department with technical issues and handle pre- and post-work administrative tasks. 

Requirements:

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Experience on ship Navigation system and Bridge systems

• Familiar with remote case handling.

• Self-driven attitude to find solutions to problems.

• Service minded with passion and patience for handling customers
