Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on individual patient needs, medical orders, and hospital guidelines

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families

• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment to promote patient well-being and recovery

• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior and newly inducted nursing staff.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing

• At least 1-2 years of acute experience

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board

• Good interpersonal skills
