The Role:

• Process implementation in accordance to company requirement

• Lead in area of technical expertise, Electro-Mechanical and Special Processes etc.

• Support in new supplier selection, technical audits and qualification

• Lead investigation during technical events

• Support in NPI (New Product Introduction) and lead the PRR activities

• New processes and capabilities development and qualification

• Support industrialization activities

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years experience Manufacturing industry

• Knowledge in IPC-A-610, PCBA manufacturing process control is required.

• Understand engineering drawings, schematics, tool / bench drawings and other technical documents associated with manufacturing hardware is advantageous.
