 AUPE Credit Cooperative (ACC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Cooperative Executive to join our team. As a Credit Cooperative Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing credit operations, providing financial services to members, and fostering a culture of financial inclusivity.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Process new membership applications and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Handle membership terminations, members’ deposit placements/renewals and withdrawals in accordance with internal procedures.

• Manage and update members’ records and monthly contributions in the system and ensure data accuracy.

• Assist in evaluating and processing loan applications and disbursement in accordance with internal policies.

• Monitor loan repayments and recovery efforts where needed.

• Reconcile daily transactions and assist in daily closing activities.

• Serve as a point of contact for members’ enquiries, providing accurate information on products and services.

• Able to serve at the counter attend to walk-in members professionally and efficiently when required.

• Participate and coordinate co-operative meetings.

• Support members engagement initiatives such as outreach campaigns and events when required.

 Requirements:

• Experience in similar roles, within a credit cooperative or financial institution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite especially excel.

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent Team Player
