Job Overview:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels

• Provide service in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Maximize account profitability through effective management (e.g., equipment investment, flat fee control)

• Execute corporate account commitments and update CAM on results, issues, and initiatives

• Conduct regular business reviews with strategic customers

• Identify at-risk customers and upcoming contract renewals; propose retention plans with Manager

• Ensure timely collection of payments to prevent credit holds
