About the role

Megawatts Engineering Services Pte Ltd, a leading provider of engineering and construction services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Pioneer Sector West Region and will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement detailed construction plans and schedules

• Managing and coordinating various construction activities, including site supervision, resource allocation, and subcontractor management

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate contingency measures to ensure project success

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management

• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment among the construction team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a construction management role, preferably within the SOLAR construction industry

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven track record of successful team management

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry
