Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high quality standards.
Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained
Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs)
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme
Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture
Min 10 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building project (Such as camp projects, siteworks and private residential; HDB projects can be considered)
Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements
Possess strong leadership
Commitment and responsibility towards the role
Proactive and adaptable
Excellent communication skills
