Senior IT Consultant (Salesforce) - M.LEE  

We are rolling out a new digital platform designed to streamline key business functions and operations. This position plays a vital role in leveraging the platform’s capabilities to strengthen our organization’s digital transformation. We are seeking a candidate with a solid technical foundation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs, document user stories, and develop Salesforce solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical implementations in line with Salesforce best practices.
• Work closely with project teams to facilitate the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Offer expert advice and support throughout all phases of the implementation process.
• Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Adhere to IT governance standards, security protocols, and data protection regulations.
• Utilize tools and expertise in user story development, process design, and requirements analysis to improve platform functionality.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience with salesforce and with proven track record to perform business analysis, system analysis, and project management tasks. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
