Brief Summary:

• Basic $2800 - $3500

• Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Permanent Role + AWS + VB + 14AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full air and sea freight operations (import/export), including FCL/LCL, documentation, customs, transport, and delivery.

• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, handlers, co-loaders, agents, and customers to ensure smooth cargo flow.

• Prepare and check all shipping documents (B/Ls, invoices, packing lists) and ensure compliance with IATA, maritime, and local regulations.

• Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and handle client enquiries and feedback promptly.

• Coordinate with Accounts to verify invoices and address billing matters.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling both airfreight and ocean freight operations.

• Class 3 driving license (able to drive a 14-foot lorry for cargo clearance).

• Forklift license preferred.
