Our client is seeking a Technical Support (Pre-Sales) to join their team!

Join our client's team as a Technical Support (Pre-Sales) specialist and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team across Southeast Asia. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge security systems and develop your skills in a dynamic, multinational environment.

What you'll be doing?

  • Technical consultation: Provide expert advice, system design, and solutions for sales projects across Southeast Asia.

  • Pre-sales support: Conduct site surveys, attend client meetings, deliver technical presentations, and perform system demonstrations.

  • Configuration accuracy: Ensure all system configurations and quotes are precise for the Southeast Asian region.

  • Training delivery: Offer technical training to sales and technical teams, as well as on-site client training.

  • After-sales assistance: Provide technical support for projects and customer service as needed.

  • Quality assurance: Uphold Convergint's high standards and policies to deliver prompt and efficient service.

  • Skill enhancement: Attend internal training sessions to continuously improve your expertise.

Who are they looking for?

  • Industry experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational setting.

  • IT knowledge: Basic understanding of security hardware, networks, and databases.

  • System familiarity: Knowledge of security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products is advantageous.

  • Pre-sales background: Candidates with technical pre-sales experience are particularly welcome.

  • Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.

  • Customer-focused: Client service-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and adapting quickly.
