Job Responsibilities
• Perform daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Verify and cross-check invoices with Purchasers
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Maintain proper and systematic filing of records
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally
• Prepare and issue sales invoices
Job Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, or related fields
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience required
• Preferably with experience in clerical or administrative support roles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and managing workload effectively
• Strong communication skills and professional work etiquette
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
