This position will start off as about 3 months contract.
Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)
Duties:
Handle administrative matters, such as coordinating meetings/seminars/training, staff suggestion system (i-3S system), Innovation & Quality System (i-3D system), etc.
Support department and NYP-level events.
Handle customer enquiries over counter and phone.
Handle or resolve customer service-related issues efficiently using established procedures/methods.
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned such as admin duties and operational matters at department and NYP-level organisation when required.
Working Hour:
Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
$2580
