We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Controller (QC) to join our team. The role is essential in ensuring our products meet internal and client quality standards through daily checks and inspection activities.
我们正在寻找一位认真负责、细心细致的**质量检查员（QC）**加入我们的生产团队。此职位在通过日常质检活动确保公司产品达到内部和客户质量标准方面起着关键作用。

Responsibilities / 岗位职责

A. Quality Control & Inspection / 质量控制与检测

• Perform daily in-process and final product inspections
  执行在制品及成品的日常检查

• Conduct quality tests for packaging, sealants, and finishing
  检查包装、封剂及表面处理质量

• Identify and report defects or non-conformities
  识别并报告缺陷或不符合项

• Verify amounts on Payment Vouchers vs. receipts when required
  如有需要，核对报销收据与付款凭证金额

B. Documentation & Reporting / 文件记录与报告

• Fill in QC checklists and update internal trackers
  完成质检检查表并更新内部追踪记录

• Document product conditions, quality findings, and corrective actions
  记录产品状况、问题及相关纠正措施

• Assist in preparing documents for approval by HR, Finance & Management
  协助准备并递交审批文件至人事、财务及管理层

C. Assembly & Production Support / 组装与生产支持

• Prepare workstation before packing
  在包装前准备好工作区域和所需材料

• Operate basic packing tools and assist in packaging ribbon bars and other items
  使用基础工具包装勋带和其他产品

• Apply sealants, thinners, and assist with laser engraving when needed
  涂抹封剂、稀释剂，协助激光雕刻

• Ensure work areas remain clean and organized
  保持工作区域整洁有序

Requirements / 岗位要求

• Minimum N/O-Level or NITEC in relevant field
  至少 N/O 水准或 ITE / NITEC 工程或相关专业

• 1 year of experience in QC, packing, or production preferred
  具备 1 年以上质检、包装或生产工作经验者优先

• Able to understand basic English and/or Chinese work instructions
  能阅读基本英文/中文作业指导书

• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and physical work (e.g. standing, repetitive tasks)
  能适应手工操作及基本体力劳动（如久站、重复性任务）
