THE ROLE
- Supervise daily upstream manufacturing operations, including cell culture, inoculation, and harvest processes
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP standards and SOPs during all production activities
- Review and ensure accuracy of batch records; support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, MS&T, Engineering) to drive issue resolution and process improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of biologics/biopharma manufacturing experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity (e.g., Acting Lead, Team Deputy, or Supervisor)
