HR:

-Prepare job advertisements

-Sort out & shortlisting applicant as per HOD requirement & recommend for interview.

-Call or email candidate for more info .

-Keep a library of application for next job position.

-Look out for training program for staff to attend.

-Organise company event like annaul dinner, inhiuse training, outdoor activities.

PA job scope:

-Arrange meeting schedule.

-Record meeting & send out MOM.

-Monitor Respond as per MOM, send tracer if not meet.

-Sort out payment voucher & ready for MD to sign.
