Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor work to ensure it follows approved drawings, materials, and methods.

• Coordinate with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on shop drawings, materials, and samples.

• Review fire protection designs (e.g., sprinklers, alarms, hydrants) for compliance with specs and standards.

• Supervise site teams to ensure work meets quality standards and procedures.

• Manage testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.

• Handle site inspections, resolve defects, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in M&E projects

• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills

• Responsible & willingness to learn
