Job Scope:

• Coordinate and process Air and Sea permit applications, including GST declarations

• Submit necessary documentation to CCN in a timely manner

• Arrange bookings and prepare Air Waybills (AWB) for shipments

• Schedule and secure lodge-in time slots with relevant authorities or service providers

• Manage and handle all Air and Sea shipment documentation

• Prepare job sheets and billing documents accurately

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Requirements:
