Job Summary:

• Aerospace industry

• Basic Salary $3000 to $3400, based on experiences

• Variable Bonus

• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm

• East

Job Scopes:

• Act as the main liaison between the client and MCI for all operational and HR-related matters.

• Manage onboarding, attendance, and system-related tasks (e.g., Prosoft, clock-in/out issues).

• Conduct routine site checks to ensure staff presence, proper PPE usage, and adherence to site policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and T&D for staffing, training, and operational updates.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit and client requirements.

• Handle grievances, support process improvements, and report key KPIs.

• Perform any other duties as assigned to support project continuity.

Requirements:

• Possess 1 to 3 years relevant experience in managing operations in related industry such as warehouse, supply chain, manufaccturing

• Outspoken and confident communicator

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Comfortable engaging with people across all levels
