Looking for Housekeeping Executive (Cleaning Management)
Job Scope:
Manage daily houskeeping activities
Oversee and manage a team of outsource vendors/cleaners
Coordinate with manager and client to ensure quality service delivery
Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety and quality rules and measure when delivering cleaning operations
Assist in the development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
Plan and review daily cleaning job reports / elog for submission
Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff.
Assist in resolving existing cleaning contracts conflicts if any with service provider
Conduct regular inspection to uphold the high level of cleanliness and work standards and to meet client expectation and audit requirements.
Provide trainings to new hire cleaners and as and when new requirements to cleaners.
Monitor cleaning staff attendance and conduct roll-call
Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Prepare and submit reports and statistics within a tight timeframe
Key liaison personnel with the client on service level and performance standards.
Provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
Conduct briefing to cleaning staff and regular monthly meeting with cleaning service provide
Supervise and monitor any external service provider such as laundry and etc.
Respond and update to user’s request promptly and escalate to manager.
Assist to keep track of quotation submissions.
Any other duties or task as and when assigned.
