Senior Inventory Executive (Must have experience in Automotive Industry) - #1101421

Job Scope
Inventory Management

• Proficient in stock forecasting and replenishment planning, with a solid understanding of concepts such as safety stock and working stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize overstock or stockouts.

• Analyze and manage inventory and purchase order data to ensure effective stock allocation and replenishment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with end users and the Parts Store team to streamline demand and supply processes.

• Generate and interpret reports to support demand forecasting and supply planning, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Oversee stock ordering and allocation to maintain healthy inventory levels across all Parts Stores, aligned with established KPIs.

• Coordinate efficiently with key stakeholders, including forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Support daily operations by coordinating with the Operations Team and Warehouse to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and housekeeping standards in all work processes.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in spare parts management or inventory control within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing spare parts inventory, procurement operations, and vendor relationship management.

• Hands-on experience managing large-scale inventories involving thousands of line items with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
