As a Senior Executive, Quality Service Management (Data Analytics), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plays a pivotal role within the Quality Service Management function, supporting the consistent delivery of high stands in Patient Experience.

• Responsible for leading the analysis of patient feedback, including surveys, complaints, and compliments, to derive meaningful insights and support service improvement initiatives.

• Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data from patient feedback sources, including surveys, complaints, and compliments.

• Identify service quality trends, root causes of issues, and emerging concerns in customer satisfaction.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders across all levels.

• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.

• Support the design and implementation of new feedback mechanisms and data collection strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes made in response to feedback.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cluster-level teams to leverage data for service improvement opportunities.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a centralized feedback system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

• Assist in raising awareness of the importance of service excellence and support the development of a patient-centered service culture through data-driven action plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field of studies.

• At least 2 years of experiences in data science or statistical role.

• Possess good analytical and critical thinking.

• Good technical skills in data analysis or visualization tools (Excel advanced function, pivot tables, Power BI, Tableau etc)

• Experienced with healthcare data will be an advantage.
