Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics activities from procurement until delivery.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
• Filing of documents
• Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
• Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Data entry for inventory management
• Verification of goods receipt
• Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
• Assist in any other duties as required

Requirement:

• At least 1 years working experience in preparing warehouse documentation 
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
• Proficient in WMS / SAP
• Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers
