Maintenance Technician (Building & Facilities) - #1101404

• Basic $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + VB

• Working location: Ubi

• Working days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance checks on facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.

• Coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Supervise vendors and contractors during renovations and maintenance work to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective execution.

• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in technical areas such as AHU and switch rooms.

• Carry out basic hands-on repairs in plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and general building works.

• Conduct simple fault-finding for telephone line issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

   

Job Requirement:

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.

• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage
