As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain organized records of all procurement activities.

• Verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with company guidelines before processing payments.

• Generate biweekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.

• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Communicate with suppliers (local and overseas) to ensure timely delivery and product quality; follow up on delays or discrepancies.

• Work closely with couriers, freight forwarders, and agents to manage shipping logistics and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

• Perform quality checks on incoming materials to confirm quantity and standards.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, compare pricing, and build strong vendor relationships.

• Monitor procurement costs and identify areas for savings or improved margins.

• Support biannual stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for urgent or long-lead-time items to meet project deadlines.

• Handle any additional tasks or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• Preferably with experience in sanitaryware and fittings environment

• Good knowledge on ERP or inventory system
