The Job
You will be a part of Corporate Secretarial team whose primary focus is to service and support our existing clients in their corporate compliance needs.

- Overseeing portfolio of clients and provide full range of company secretarial works including review of financial statements in new XBRL format, Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and materials for meetings
- Organize and co-ordinate board meetings and preparation of board papers
- Overseeing registered office support
- Ensuring client service delivery is running smoothly
- Communicating seamlessly both vertically and with senior management across the business
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff
Job Description
- Respond to requests from business units and auditors for information and documents
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including meeting deadlines
- Administering the process for new company incorporations
- Advisory and review of documentation for liquidations, striking off etc.
- Providing advice on compliance requirements on ACRA’s regulations and guidelines, KYC/AML compliance, statutory and regulatory requirements
Profile expectation
- ICSA qualification
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in professional firms providing Corporate Secretarial services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
