• Review/Assess customer inquiries, specifications, and RFQs to determine product requirements

• Develop precise cost calculations covering labor, materials, time & overhead, ensuring accurate pricing by working closely with internal teams

• Stay updated on pricing trends, market conditions & material costs to ensure competitive proposals

• Generate, track, and maintain quotes using spreadsheets/ERP systems, while keeping thorough records of revisions and customer communications

• Engage with customers to clarify specifications, negotiate terms, and support sales efforts by following up on outstanding proposals

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and above

• 2-3 years of quoting or pricing analysis experience in Manufacturing industry will have added advantageous 

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP System
