Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for recruitment process including job posting, selection and interview process.

  • Administer other HR-related functions such as issuance of Employment contracts, change of condition of employment, medical / expenses claims and leave tabulation

  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding duties for all staff

  • Responsible to ensure all training materials, resources and records are prepared and properly maintained

  • Liaise with various government agencies on matters pertaining to government grants and staff training incentive schemes.

  • Handling of foreign employment in the application, renewal and monitoring of Work Permits or related Passes including appointment for medical check ups and as a point of contact with MOM.

  • Liaise with the Insurance Company for policy renewal and staff medical / hospitalization reimbursements.

  • Prepare monthly HR report for submission to Accounts Dept.

 

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Power Point.

  • Meticulous, pro-active, service and result oriented.

  • Mature and analytical with positive attitude.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Able to commence work immediately or within a short period of notice.
