Responsibilities :
Responsible for recruitment process including job posting, selection and interview process.
Administer other HR-related functions such as issuance of Employment contracts, change of condition of employment, medical / expenses claims and leave tabulation
Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding duties for all staff
Responsible to ensure all training materials, resources and records are prepared and properly maintained
Liaise with various government agencies on matters pertaining to government grants and staff training incentive schemes.
Handling of foreign employment in the application, renewal and monitoring of Work Permits or related Passes including appointment for medical check ups and as a point of contact with MOM.
Liaise with the Insurance Company for policy renewal and staff medical / hospitalization reimbursements.
Prepare monthly HR report for submission to Accounts Dept.
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Power Point.
Meticulous, pro-active, service and result oriented.
Mature and analytical with positive attitude.
Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Able to commence work immediately or within a short period of notice.
