What you'll be doing?

• Oversee operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of lifts and escalators, ensuring equipment maintenance, repair, and modernization services are carried out effectively.

• Strategic planning: Recommend and plan for the repair and replacement of lift parts, conducting fault trending analysis to optimize performance.

• Investigate issues: Schedule and arrange investigations on chronic or problematic lift units, providing updates on findings and actions taken.

• Ensure compliance: Coordinate certification audits for lift permits to operate, maintaining regulatory standards.

• Report and improve: Prepare monthly reports for clients, including lift fault and downtime scoring, along with improvement measures.

• Prioritize safety: Ensure all operations adhere to risk management frameworks and safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Conduct monthly meetings with contractors and supervise consultants for lift replacement and modernization projects.

• Manage maintenance: Schedule and oversee lift and escalator servicing to maintain optimal performance.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree in an M&E discipline or any relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.

• Industry experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Lift & Escalator industry or its equivalent, showcasing your expertise in the field.

• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of lift and escalator systems, with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
