What you'll be doing?
Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets set by management while representing the company as a specialist in the construction industry.
Identify Opportunities: Act as a hunter to uncover new prospects in the construction market and identify potential clients for growth.
Nurture Relationships: Maintain excellent customer relationships, understand their needs, and deliver value-added solutions.
Market Analysis: Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers to support business expansion.
Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders in the industry, including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Project Tracking: Keep close tabs on site progress and provide accurate material forecasts to ensure smooth operations.
Strategic Communication: Maintain constant communication with the leadership team on market trends, issues, and activities to facilitate decision-making and strategy development.
Financial Management: Effectively communicate terms and conditions to dealers and customers, ensuring accountability for timely payments.
Problem Solving: Provide tailored solutions to customer issues on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Support: Offer training and troubleshooting assistance to customers, enhancing their experience with our products and services.
Who are they looking for?
Sales Experience: Ideally, 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry. However, candidates with less experience but a strong drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.
Transportation: Ownership of a car or motorcycle is preferred, but candidates without can be considered if willing to obtain one within two months of joining.
Tech-Savvy: High computer literacy to effectively manage sales processes and communications.
Creative Thinker: Ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions and fresh perspectives.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability and successful track record in personal salesmanship.
Dynamic Personality: Strong, assertive personality with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Continuous Learner: Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
