Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare commission payouts that involve the verification and processing of statements; timely and accurate data entry is essential
· Handle tax invoices and monthly payments, including Commission & Bill Payments for the company and related companies
· Maintain petty cash and monthly bank reconciliation
· Assist in maintaining the company's cash flow
· Prepare quarterly GST submission to IRAS
· Prepare management accounts for related companies
· Assist in the company audit.
· Ensure that all accounting work complies with the management and regulatory requirements.
· Assist in the daily functions of the Group Finance department, supporting the department in ad hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum holds a Diploma Accounting or Finance related field
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the financial industry will be an added advantage
· Possess a strong aptitude for problem solving
· Effective organizational and communication skills
· Resourceful and innovative, analytical and meticulous, able to work independently and meeting deadlines
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup)
· Experience in Quickbooks is an advantage
· Applicable for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents
